RPM and CAFFEINE?

The amt. of caffeine in RPM is roughly the amount found in most pre-wo formulas....
 
Roughly how much is that? I was just wanting to know so I could see about how much I am taking in a day with 4 pills. Gracias!
 
4 pills makes me all crazy shakes now that Ive been taking it so long so I only take 3 and feel fine. Thing is I can drink 2 redbulls with a total of 160mg of caffeine and feel fine. That makes me think they are probably 50mg+ per pill.
