Royal Jelly seems like a helluva supplement for men’s health. What should we be dosing this at to get those kind of benefits?

Yeah from what I’ve been researching that dose is very low so just wondering what others thought

Never really heard much about it and the benefits. I’m sure there are other things that can be used.

While I agree I think you’re going to be hearing a lot about royal jelly here in the future with it’s positive effects on hormones

Royal Jelly needs more research. What is existing is not really impressive in regards to hormonal output. Maybe some cardioprotective benefits.

Royal jelly has been around for quite a while, so if there isn't a ton of data, it's probably not from lack of trying. This is one study I found, but I'm skeptical of their conclusions since they had to convert everything to log values. I could be incorrect, but typically when I see people using funky math it's because they didn't see anything just looking at the raw data.
