Rookie Cycle Question

Hey guys...planning to run Epistane as my first cycle. I think I have my bases covered with on-cycle supps, pct, etc., but wanted to get some input before starting.

My main question is timing of the cycle. Initially, I was thinking of running it while cutting to try and preserve muscle and maybe accelerate the fat loss. Am I foolish to run my first cycle on a cut?

I have been training consistently for 3 years and have made decent gains, but really want to get to the next level, particularly with leanness.

37 years old
6'1" 205lbs, 13% bodyfat

I would like to get to the 7-8% range.

This is what I'm thinking cycle wise:

Epistane 30/45/45/45/45/45
Armicare Pro 4/4/4/4/4/4
Taurine 5g per day
multi, fish oil

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Super PCT 4/4/3/3/2/1
DAA 3g per day

Another question with PCT. I'm thinking Nolva, but also considering Clomid. Is this a preference issue, or would one be better than the other?

I would appreciate any input or suggestions you have. Thanks for helping a newb out.
 
same cycle im going to run starting tomorrow. I'm not running daa in the pct tho. From what ive read clomid makes a lot of people really emotional.
 
Looks like a good cycle. Just keep your diet in check and avoid caffeine for blood pressure reasons. Some people don't seem to suffer as much as me with that so you may be fine. Nolva works, depending on where you get it it tastes like liquid death though. Make sure you run an ai out past your serm a few weeks to avoid rebound gyno issues.

As for nolva vs clomid. For epi either will work. So If you have nolva use it.
 
You could use that. Or you could get original pes erase. Or eliminate by Olympus would work. I think a few sites have eliminate on sale for like 17 a bottle
 
is the best place to get a SERM from one of the research companies sponsoring the forum? PM me if you need
 
Would be wise to have a hormone panel beforehand, just incase. At least you'll know your pre cycle hormone levels.
