well my IT guys here at my work pulled out all the stops to block just about everything. I used to proxy them all the time and they finally outsmarted me, i figured id let it go but im sure i could access anything i want again if i really wanted to.
 
Kre-Alkalyn Update

Well I decided to keep taking my Kre-Alkalyn post-workout and my results are awesome! My bench is going way up and im hitting higher and higher weights every week. If you guys have an extra $10 laying around, take a chance and buy a bottle of this. You will like it.
 
I tried All American EFX Kre-alkalyn a while back and I think I got more from regular mono, but I might give this other stuff a try since you like it so much.

did you notice an increase in size from kre-alkalyn? I think monohydrate made me bigger but kre-alkalyn made me stronger..

no big size difference, but my diet wasnt in check. Yet, my strength went way up with Kre-alkalyn. Im going to be trying out monohydrate soon for size tho.

In addition, I never had access to a weight room where I could squat and deadlift. So that never helped me either.

Dont worry about your bench numbers. You did them last in your workout and after squats and leg press. 2 of the most taxing things your body can undergo (the other beeing deads). As long as you kept good form they were benifical.

I'd drop the Leviathan Reloaded. If your keeping diet clean there's really no need you'll just have to consume more cals and at your age....your forgiving metabolism should do the job. I'd hit the creatine a little harder but thats JMO. I usually do a minimum of 15gr/day. I like the leucine, you could do 5 pre/post of just 10 post.

In place of the Leviathan Reloaded I'd look into some NeoVar, Anabolic Pump, P-Slin, or if money's tight Yellow Gold. I have used all 4 and loved all of them. They will also help you keep lean while eating alot of carbs. Are you a hard gainer? If so then your cals are good. If not you may want to work your way up from about 2,750 and increaseing by 250-500 every 10 days or so to keep lean. Your protein may also be able to come down a little bit. I'm 200lbs and im only takeing in between 250-300/day and I'm liking it just as much as I was 400gr/day. Actually im stronger probably because I'm genorus with the carbs which have really hleped me add some size.
 
Alright 15g does sound pretty good. i'll mix it was grape juice for better apsorbtion (and taste). Do you think I should take BCAA's or would that be overkill with taking the L-leucine as well. I will be taking the Leviathan and BCAA's after my bulk during my cut in the spring. Would that be a better idea to leave out the BCAA's for now?

I had a few meetings with AD about what I was takeing and a few times threatin that if other schools knew what I was doing they may demand steroid test's. Him and I never really seen eye to eye as I thought he was a s h i t t y AD and made it known. The baseball coach was on my nuts from time to time too. :FUfinger: to them. People are iggnorant and stupid. It leads for some pretty funny stories to be told around school some good and some bad. I'd do it again if put in the spot.

Yea I do hear great things about it. Awesome that will free up an extra $20 for supplements and baseball stuff without the BCAA's. Leucine is pretty cheap in bulk.

Man i'd be so mad at my AD. He's my woodshop teacher, but we get along very well. But, he is retring this year. So my junior year wil be a whole new story. My baseball coach thinks creatine is terrible for you and blah blah and its hilarious actually. He doesnt really get EVRYTHING that is said, But i'll show him some research.

Im thinking about taking AP right before lunch, and just eating pasta, rice or milk (75g) 15 minutes after that. That will give me 1 1/2 hours for digestion before I lift.
