I'm Back in town after a weekend in DC, I am up 3lbs from all the Cheesecake and pancakes I ate. This morning I thought I would try to cut the rest times down on my workout and squeeze in a few extra sets, seeing as I have eaten way to many carbs and fats over the weekend I figured I might have a little extra fuel in the tank. I was able to get 12 sets in the same time I normally get 8-10. The workout went great and I had a fantastic pump.

Hyperextensions

Getting down to the last few day of AlphaMax overall I believe it has helped me to become leaner, harder and more vascular, it has been a very good supplement with all positive effects and no negative side effects.

He is a very nice down to earth guy, I was back stage at the taping of one of his Overhaulin shows a few years back we just stood around and talked about cars.

Well today I paid the price for eating every thing in sight over the weekend. I have kept my calories under 2000 for the last two days. This morning was leg day and on my 4th set of squats, I just plain ran out of gas, I could not do another rep let alone my 5th set. I guess you do need calories to lift!

Squats wear you out anyways- especially on calorie restriction and high rep!

AlphaMax Final Review

I would like to thank PerforMax Labs for the opportunity to Run and Log this supplement and also for making it possible to run it for 8 weeks. First off I must say I did not notice any huge changes, with that being said I was very happy with the improvements I make while taking Alphamax. Every day it seamed I was taking a step in the right direction. I am 56 years old and do not train super heavy anymore so PR's are not a goal, but I did find myself using heavier weight than usual on many exercises. I try to keep my diet in check most of the time and over the course of this log I did not change my normal diet, but I do feel I harden up a good bit and became more vascular. I started at 188lbs and finished at 183lbs I also added about 1/4" to my bicep, 1" to my chest and lost 1/2" around my waist again without a change in diet.........Can you say GAINZ !!!!!!!!!! Another of the positive aspect of this is the increase in REM sleep, I use a Vivo Fit and can track my sleep if you look back thru my log you can see this positive change. I have posted an after picture here and you can go back to Post # 1 and see the before picture. In closing, if you are looking to add 2" to your biceps in 30 days you are going to have to see that snake oil salesman on the internet, however if you would like to make a positive change in your physique and strength this is a good supplement in that quest.
