The peaks at the beginning and end you are awake, the closer to the bottom is REM sleep, small peaks are tossing and turning and large peaks are wide awake. Pretty cool I think ! That right there my son is scientific proof, You Will Sleep Better While Taking ALPHAMAX !

Today Legs
Started my leg curls today and got a little cramp in my hamstring, got on the seated calf machine and my ham lock up and the muscle felt like it was a hard soft ball and hurt like heck, so I abandoned and ham work and only did stretches and some foam rolling on my hamstrings. This is not the first time this has happened but when it does the pain is almost unbearable !! Anyone ever have this problem, do you think a massage would help?

I get this quite a bit in my right hamstring. I find that I need to roll and stretch it a ton all the time
Now, even when not training legs I stretch both daily and also my hip flexors.

Seems to be working well currently, I'm sure it's a muscular imbalance or tight muscle somewhere (likely hip as that's always tight)
 
I have never tried "Foam Rolling" until now. My daughter dropped off a Roller for me to try. Thanks everyone for the ideas and concerns !!

I've not trained forearms is so freaking long. Just started heavy deadlifting and doing pullups / BB rows and they grew the most they ever have

I've noticed this doing all my deadlifts, even my maxes without straps.

Rocket, that's a lot of weight on that wrist roller! Do you actually wrist roll that!?

50lbs takes about 20 turns of the wrist to get it up and than I also roll it back down, it's like a negative for the wrist.

I just ordered a set of Fat Gripz today, can't wait to get them !!

Really liking the AlphaMax weight is staying the same, but definition and harness is getting better (adding muscle not fat) 4 more week and we will have some after pictures. I hope I'm not the only one that see's a difference,

I jinxed myself saying we have had it made this winter.

My workouts sat night and all day yesterday, shoveling and snowblowing a foot of snow. We had 30mph winds, so it was blizzard warning. I had 2.5 foot drifts in my driveway.

That's crazy weight (for me anyway) I struggle doing this with a handheld version of your machine with a 25lb plate!

The fact that you are not supporting the weight at arms length makes it easier to handle a little more weight.

Luckily my gym has fat bars. I love using them for biceps and forearm work.

I also got more snow today. School was canceled last night. I shoveled my car and walkway, just waiting for our plow to come and get the rest of it then I'll hit the gym.

Hows your body holding up with all the shoveling? I know my lower back is pretty sore.

You know now that you mention it, my lower back usually really bothers me after shoveling, but it does not hurt at all ???

I live in PA now, here is a little article out of the paper were I grew up. It is from several years ago!

That's good to hear. I'm sore as can be. I could have dealt with the foot of snow, but the drifting did me in.

Hot Tub Time !
 
I thought about hot tub tonight, only problem is the drifts around it are almost 3 feet. That would be pretty cold to walk through lol.

Speaking of hot tubs, I've really been enjoying sitting in the sauna at the gym lately. It is pretty relaxing!

I would take that with a grain of salt. I use it to warm up on cold days. I hop in the sauna for 5-10 minutes, sometimes more if I zone out, and then do my warm ups!

I really can not pin point any great differences in my training since starting on the AlphaMax however there are many small positive aspect I do believe, I sleep better, libido is up, and I have a general feeling of well being. I look forward to training and feel great when I do. Negative aspects..None, just a great Supplement!
