Yea I'm figuring is fatigue and volume are #1 priority, and the body can't tell the minute differences in like a rep in situations like this. So, I try not to worry about it as much this time through.

Well I think week one was successful. Getting back into the swing and it was low stress as planned. Still got some DOMs this week, but nothing that I think hindered a workout once warmed up. Back at it for week two super early tomorrow. Captain America may show up, I dunno ;)
 
Our alter egos would have had some epic battles yesterday if we'd ran into eachother. ;)

I can't wait for Cap Civil War tho.....Nerd status on super overdrive.

And I can't either! I wonder how they will do it without the rights to Spider-Man...and on top of that I don't know if they try to do the whole civil war in one movie. Great time to be a fan of marvel/DC for sure.

I think the Captain America is just the start of civil war, its probably going to drag on into the Avengers which is going to be a two part movie.

Also, **** Spiderman. I don't want him ruining perfectly good avengers movies.

He's such a turd of a hero. Great superpowers, wasted because he's such a punk bitch. Also, the dude they cast for him in the Amazing Spiderman movies is so terrible I couldn't even watch the first one all the way through.
 
The third Avengers movie is going to be Thanos (part 1 and 2).

The Civil War is going to be "toned down" more so aftermath of Avengers 2, Iron Man , Cap and Black Panther will be in it most I believe.
 
I just wanna see Cap beat the crap out of Iron Man. And hopefully Black Panther joins in haha

Terrible, Gambit is one of my favorite X-Men characters too.

That annoys me almost as much as the dude that DC cast for the Flash in the Justice League film (I'm a bigger Justice League fan than Avengers).

At least they aren't going with Ryan Reynolds for Green Lantern this time (fingers crossed for a John Stewart GL instead of Hal Jordan).

I don't know too much about DC but I am definitely excited to see where they go as well. I just sure hope Ben does not mess up Batman. Outside the obvious Batman trilogy I think The Watchmen was a good DC movie. And yea, Green Lantern was like fox with F4 silver surfer movie, it was kinda cool to watch but they definitely botched that one.

Yeah, I think he'll do alright as Batman. Its a different batman in this movie, supposed to be an older Bruce Wayne who comes out of retirement. More of the detective and less of the street brawler.

Green Lantern is one of my favorite DC heroes, and Hal Jordan isn't my favorite GL (even though he's the original). I prefer the John Stewart version (ex-Marine, from the JL cartoon, doesn't wear the mask because he says he doesn't hide from anyone).
 
Hal has always been my least favorite of the lanterns haha

DC just worries me because the way things have been forming just doesn't feel "right" and I don't like the castings. I hope they prove me wrong tho because there is so much potential for DC (their animated stuff is all pretty much amazing).

Yeah, the animated stuff rocks. I don't like that they aren't going to have Jonn Jonzz (martian manhunter) because the director believes no one wants to see him in the JL.

And it really seems like they are rushing the casting to compete. Marvel did a great job at casting for their movies.

I think Affleck could bring a lot to the table for Batman (but it could go either way), Cavill wasn't a terrible Superman (but he's like 3" shorter than Affleck lol), Mamoa looks OK for Aquaman, and I kind of like the casting for WonderWoman.

The Flash.......well, I think its just terrible. Also, I hope they use the Wally West version of the Flash for the movie. (He's more fun as a a character IMO, and works well to fill lighten up the JL since everyone else is so serious. Much like Tony Stark does for the "comic relief" in the Avengers)

And I saw a quote that they wanted batman bigger than superman which doesn't really make sense to me....and their age gap is also meh to me. We'll see how it plays out tho.

Yeah, they're going with Cyborg over MM. I think they cast Cyborg too, IIRC he looked like he could pull it off, but I have no idea who he is lol.

All I know for sure is that I want to see Wally West and John Stewart (instead of Barry Allen and Hal Jordan).

And then I want John Stewart to get his own movie.

Cyborg did look the part but he's not a big name actor...cyborg has had a much bigger role in the comics lately, but I still prefer the line up from the past to the current one.

Also, man of steal was cool, but I didn't get how superman took years to develop his strength from the sun but the villians did it in like 10 seconds. They took no time to adapt. But when superman was exposed to their atmosphere he nearly suffocated. I didn't get it.


Edit: I gotta watch the DC animated stuff. My buddy said the **** is bad to the bone!

Yeah, but Marvels 'Captain Marvel' is the same way.

Also, I would argue that Jonn Jonzz is more powerful than Superman. He has super strength, durability, can become invisible, walk through objects (and people), read minds, fly, shape shift, genius intellect, and I feel like there is more too.

The absolute worst all powerful marvel character is squirrell girl. She literally is like they strongest hero and it is such a ridiculous character.
 
Actually I think I'm confusing DCs Captain Marvel with Marvels Captain Marvel lol.

Thor is the closest thing I can think of to compare to Superman ATM. (Super strength, flight, weather control, durability)
 
I'm not up to speed on the comics, Batman is my favorite from the movies and the animated series, but Jason Momoa is a good addition to any film. Khal Drogo ftw

I avoided stretching it for the longest time. Now I'll just do stuff like a rocker stretch or cossacks squat once I'm warmed up.

No idea if it's the same as yours though.
 
Thats where mine bothers me a lot nomaly takes a few day to tighten up on me to the point where it bothersome. oddly enough I found the best cure to be more sqauting for me lol

Edit: light leg extentions help as well

Ya Martian Manhunter > than Supes haha

Superman can be cool, but in general the stories written about him lately have sucked. He seems to be hard to write. I have liked how Justice League United comics have focused on Manhunter in the new 52 as kind of their leader...love the character.

Marvel's equivalent would probably be Sentry, but he has been kind of crazy lately (he does have an S on his costume though ;)).

Too tired after working out, but see if you can figure out where the issue is based on the pic.

I'd do that hamstring mash of death on a barbell if you can (may help or may kill you be warned).
 
So hard to tell...gracillus/adductor Magnus area. There is a lot of muscles that tie in there

It's super hard to tell which one is causing the problem haha

It is right near the glutes where the adductor Magnus inserts...but that is not the only muscle in the area. Cray cray Nomz
