Rob112^3...That means cubed guys. See what I did?

I learned it from watching you guys! Haha

Crazy thing is aside from slight ES muscle soreness my back feels awesome these days

Dude, same here! After I messed myself up I came back feeling most excellent, just had to learn how to take care of myself better.

Yea just gotta stay smart, remember ques, mobilize, and strengthen weaknesses. We are in this game for the long haul!

Whoa! That looks rough! That'd probably kill me lol.

Hey man, I was there too a couple months ago. You will get there soon!

Somehow I got unsubbed...catching up and re subbing.

Welcome back big dawg!

nice work my man.

Thank you kind sir

Blasphemer! Hahaha
It was from a classic, Airheads
I know. If I absolutely had to choose (not a VH fan, personally) it would be DLR because he couldn't give a shït less what anyone else thought. Sammy just seemed like a real püssy to me. Just my $.02

Yea I only dig a few songs myself, but agree 100%

Ozzy overall but Dio Heaven and Hell is boss. Favorite track is an Ozzie one.

What one ?

Paranoid, snowblind, fairies wear boots, I can go on all day.

Plus ozzys solo career is way better than dio. Dio has good stuff, don't get me strong

Last line? What? Lol jk

I actually like War Pigs the most. Not a huge fan of the solo career, although he did have very skilled musicians with him

Your insane. His solo career is better than his sabbath IMO. Just cause you like slip knot more than ozzy, doesn't mean you gotta hate

Okay good. I thought I'd have to listen to him. I wonder if Mike Vick will sign doing the puppy bowls on animal planet...

All tebow did was win,

Bronco playoff wins. :1
Manning bronco plsyoff wins. : 0

Same distance. Tebow will start again, I promise you

You think so?

Then why did Dallas sign Kitna instead of Tebow? If he was as good of a quarterback as you believe him to be, he wouldn't be broadcasting, he'd be playing.

Probably cause kitna played with the cowboys for a few years

He led the broncos to the playoffs and best the steelers. 8-4 in career record I believe. Looks good to me

The only reason it looks good to you is because you don't know Jack **** about anything.

Having a decent record doesn't make him a good quarterback, he can't run an offense or throw a good ball. He ran the ball more effectively than he ever passed it, and somehow squeaked into the playoffs.

Again, if he was so good, someone would pick him up and he wouldn't be working for ESPN.

We were posting videos of players scoring touchdowns that didn't deserve to score touchdowns, right?

I gotta admit, even when you're blatantly wrong, you still find a way to make it make sense in your head. I can't tell if I admire that, or if I want you to admit that you're wrong just one time.

I was pretty wrong in Sean log today. It was a duh moment for sure. I looked silly

Look at KStarr hit some deads. Looks like his training with Jessie Burdock is doing him well

Dude its like a half hour long

Squats

225 x 5, 250 x 5, 290 x 5(would be a PR but looks shallow)
Hack Squat Pauses-+70 x 8, +110 x 5, +130 x 8
Wood Chop Variants/Cable Crunches-70 x 3 x 12es/160 x 3 x 15

Kind of a crappy workout. I was supposed to train with a buddy but weather messed that up. Drove to VIP and that was closed so I did a LA day.

I have a problem here. My numbers are based off of wrap numbers. I used to not wrap up until at least 300, but the 290 x 5 took a lot out of me, it looked a little high, and I used way to much back IMO. Now like a triple or something I would have been fine. I never did this weight for more than like a double wrapless. You guys think I should wrap up on my top sets? then maybe just double it or something without? Any ideas?

Here is the video

I think that would depend on your personal reasons for squatting with the wraps. So some food for thought:

Is it like Sean or others who plan to compete in the wraps? If so I would lean towards practicing the use of wraps on at least one of your weekly squat sessions just for the benefits of optimizing your usage of the wraps, especially as you approach a meet.

Or is it more like me. I don't have any plans on competing with wraps any time soon so I use them as an overload (currently pretty much every other week) to help acclimate myself to more weight on my back and building my wrapless squat.

If it is the former the other guys who use them much more than me can help you determine the best way to place them in your programming.

Thanks bolt. I do plan on competing in them again...just not until June. Good point on the practice aspect. I guess I could have done like an AMRAP in wraps and then just hit up wrapless for a double or triple or whatever.

Thanks again for the help Bolt. BTW I got 2 tubs of AminoIV in the cart. I look forward to trying this bad boy

Ya it just depends on what you are looking to get out of it. With it that far away you could do a bit of wrapless (kind of like Herder's raw raw of no belt, wraps, etc) work for awhile to just build things up then add it in more as you get closer to competition.

Honestly despite how new it is I think Amino IV is my favorite PES product right now. That may change with the new ABE (should have some next week :D), but I really like the recovery and ability to grind through some tough workouts with it. I'll be interested to hear your feedback. :)

Yea, I do want stronger raw strength. I have been beltless until 275+ lately. I will just keep in mind I want raw strength too, and how I feel, and how the day is going will determine wrapping up and extra raw sets.

I ordered both flavors. I can't wait to try. Interested to see new AB. I used elite and recomped nicely.

I think Bolt nailed it. All my training #'s are based off of a wrapped 1RM. The days that I'm unwrapped are harder, but it'll be fine.

Good work tho, Rob. I'll watch the video here after work

I know when I wrote all my percents without a training max, I used wraps for every session except Explosives, and it caused me to let the wraps get me out of the hole, instead of driving up out of the hole in concert with the wraps. Maybe a super light wrap on your top sets, like just roll it out onto your leg with no stretch. And try to hit your top sets without wraps as often as possible, but some days you'll just need the wraps. Or don't wrap until you're 8 weeks out. I'd say 4 weeks out when you're all practiced up on them and just need to re-acclimate. Lot of different ideas I just threw atcha there, but you'll figure it out. Depth on those squats was right at parallel, you're just used to having your balls on the floor.

Haha thanks man. Definitely drinking it all in. I am going to do a lot without like you and Sean. 290 was just like right on the brink of when I would wrap...except had to do at least 5. I'm just gonna roll with it and use it when I have to.

Contemplating some knee sleeves though since the weights are getting heavier for my week to week. Any preferences for you guys?
