Rob112^3...That means cubed guys. See what I did?

Congrats rob. Tell him I wana see him pull 500 today. Hahahaha.

Alright Rob. Let's see 9/9! Very well done.

9/9 with PRs? Sounds very successful.

Fantastic work, Rob! Your dedication and hard work paid off bigtime. You ought to be really proud of yourself. An inspired day of lifting!

Joined the 1k club with a 100lb meet PR? Hellyamother****er

Fixed mine too lol My iPhone had been screwing me lately

Lol we all knew what ya meant. Robbie took home a trophy too.

Great work by him and he left some in the tank on all lifts IMO, but going 9/9 was great. He'll be over a 4 plate squat, 270 bench and 460 dead by our next meet,

Too many of you guys to quote but thanks you guys. You guys are awesome. That's why I love this forum. Here is the video of the whole meet.

*Some of the squat vids are a little blurry because Smoker seemed to have trouble with the phone lol

This meet
216lbs
1050 total(375/245/430)(all lifts all time PRs)

Great, LONG, day. 80+ lifters today. Seen the good and the bad; guys elbow pop out on bench and he completely lost control as well as a 610 bench and almost a 645(Brooklyn Beast missed lockout). Lifters off all fashion and levels. Everyone was very cool and supportive of each other. I can't really put it into words and I am not gonna right a book here. I'll sum it up with this: I love this sport.

Incredible depth on those squats. Holy crap. I thought you were gonna just take a seat on the ground lol Thinking in my head "why is he still goin down????" haha

Smoker, you suck with the camera lol A for effort at least

2nd place, right on. And a 12% increase in total tonnage, mighty impressive.

Ahh, now that that's over. I can distract you with football.

First off, congratulations on the PRs.

Now, thank your G-Men for me. They allowed my Seattle Defense to score 33 fantasy points with 3-4 sacks, 5 INTs, and 0 points allowed.

Rob, you need to go back. You left something behind.

Like all that extra weight you shoulda lifted! You blasted through all 9 lifts. You're gonna demolish your next meet too.

My depth perception is like Smokers camera skills. I honestly didn't know I was that low.

Thanks man! I feel great...about the day. I feel beat up now haha

Jim, it was a great sunday to miss the Giants lol and thanks

It's clear as day on my phone. Idk y it transfers so poorly to yours...

You did it wrong man. It's okay though, I forgive you praise gee whiz

That is the plan. Honestly, I was surprised myself how easy some of the stuff was. I didn't squat more than 335 in training, bench more than 235, and dead more than 375...and I can count the amount of times on 1 hand I did that. 2 things I take away:1. Don't need to PR in the gym to get stronger. 2. Meet equipment is easier IMO. It's almost like it is made for lifters! Imagine that! haha

Same for me, I didn't squat upwards of 385 in training or pull upwards of 405 more than once between August and now.

Also, you're G-Men are literally the only reason I'm heading the fantasy Superbowl.

Yea, I guess all the pros that tell us to build are right haha

Well that is the only Super Bowl they can be apart of, for now ;)

That's why the heaviest I go to for ME is a double towards the end of a 10 week training cycle.

Too bad Wilson didn't do **** against them, didn't really matter because I won. But Seattle's Defense outscored Russell Wilson by about 15 points.

Seattle's D is disgusting. I think them vs. Carolina will make for one hell of a match in the NFC. Russle Wilson is a good player, but coming into a team like that really takes some pressure off(then it adds it come playoffs).

He's done pretty well most of this year and I didn't expect Brady to have a good day against Miami without Gronk (he only had 10 against them earlier this year), but he ended up with 32 and I regretted benching him lol.

At least in real life you got to cheer the fact they lost lol

I hate to say it but Brady is great and you can never count him out it seems.
