- Short, but got some work done. Fit this session in after work, before going out to dinner for our anniversary (holy cr@p that food was good). Short rest periods, just going from one to the next, catching my breath when needed, race against clock – hence why I just pooped out on 195. Got the blood flowing, loungs working & sweating up a storm
