This will be a long journey. I am going to post pretty much everything here. This will include food, workouts, supplementation, and whatever else!

I've been injured and out of the gym for a while. I'm going to take about 8 weeks to determine my maintenance and gain some of my strength back.

I weighed 240.0 this morning. Not sure what goal weight I want to get down to. BF% wise I would like to be 12%. I will get it tested sometime this week or next week through the use of a Bod Pod and let you guys know.

If I don't post daily, call me out. Keep me accountable!

Light Almond Milk-75 calories, 1.2 grams of protein, 13.8 grams of carbs-0 grams of fiber, and 2.5 grams of fat.

I would have had some eggs but I didn't make it to get groceries yesterday. I'll go today after I get through working out.

I'm also took 1/3 of a serving of Orange Triad after eating.
