I am thoroughly impressed by your thoughtfulness and attention to detail. :clap2:

A couple of weeks ago, my IGF-2 sample was pilfered by a suprisingly more buff than I remember Mail Carrier! :D

I informed RMS and even with the RPM pandemonium that is going on now and with all of the RPM samples being sent out, I still got my replacement in the mail last week!

Nice way to make the consumer feel important!
