Ripped or massive

I'm satisfied when I look better than the average grandpa. Visible abs is apparently not in my future, tried again and again, they are hiding.

Sometime it can be really hard at my current weight I can usually start to see abs but not at this time.

So when I'm talking about mass vs cuts I'm not talking about sloppy mass I'm talking about 10 to 13% bf. Vs 7 to 8

If your stuck at a plateau I always ask where they started. How long they been stuck. Have they modified diet. Alot of people feel they hit there natural peak before they did jump on a cycle and gain like 20 30 lbs off a simple 4 to 6 weeks. In that case I feel they were pretty far from their real potential. Look at pros if they gain 10lb in a year it's good. Now don't take this as a lecture I am guilty of starting too soon also.

yeah I tend to agree with you. I lifted a lot in my early twenties, then hit a rough patch of alcohol abuse, family problems, stopped lifting completely. So when I started lifting again in June for the first time in 9 years, a lot of it came back quickly, Sarms just helped me get my strength up quicker, yet in my twenties, I never took my diet as serious nor my training nor having the ability to listen to my body on how hard to train, what is sore, injured, etc. I was always told I had a great frame in my 20s, but I never took dieting seriously, I pretty much ate whatever I wanted, at one point because I had a physical job to, I was like 7-8% bodyfat, the problem with being that cut, was I had no muscle mass definition, is how I'd explain it, so yeah I was ripped, but I didn't get the compliments or recognition that I get now at a beefier mid 180s. So yeah I have more bf % now, but I also get more attention, and I know this is a lifelong process, so I can always tweak my diet, workouts, to adapt to get better, which of course is my goal. In terms of Natty potential? I'll probably never go full Natty again. I'm 37, about to be 38 years old, being on something helps me recover faster, I like feeling "on", I embrace the aggressiveness I get from being on, and I enjoy it. I'd rather do gear than do hardcore drugs or drink, so this is my choice and its one I've come to accept will bring me to the best version of me.

let's just say the average is 170 in the US or even 180... A guy at 170 can be massive for his size, look at tyron Woodley in the ufc. No way he doesn't get noticed walking with a shirt.

The average American man is generally listed as being 5' 9" and 195lbs. not too flattering pounds. For comparison in the late 70's/early 80's the height was same but the average weight was 175lbs. In the early 60's the average height was 5' 8", weight 165lbs. Today the average American woman at 168lbs. weighs more than the average man in the 60's.

Woodley fights at 170lbs. but cuts a fair amount of weight to get there. He probably walks around at a solid 190lbs. between fights and at 5' 9" that puts him at about the same height an weight as the average American man. For obvious reasons there is little similarity between Woodley's physique and the average American man with similar height and weight levels but with an average waist size of 39".

Yeah but if your shredded and a string bean who cares lmao.. same with massive and fat.. massive and shredded is what is impressive. But it’s not worth it to starve myself and be moody to walk around “shredded” rather have a normal level of body fat and pack more muscle and actually enjoy my life than constantly starving. Such a stupid way to live. Been there done that. For what a plastic trophy on stage? Yeah no thanks

As long as they aren't hurting anyone else and are happy doing what they do I don't think it's fair to say how they live is stupid.

Im probably at 20 percent..id like to be around 290 to 300 by summer and around 12 or so. Its highly doable. I just want to get cut once and have a ton of muscle. This summer i plan on turning some heads at the beach.

I also love the Alpha feeling of being big, strong, gives me a confidence, swagger that I've never had before.

Haha thank you for the clarification. That just proves what I'm saying though. He looks bigger than the average man but isn't heavier cause he's jacked

The day dream has time constraints

If im 300ish and cut up, ill be massive and ripped...not massive massive considering my height...but thats still pretty good. I know i can pull it off in like 4 months. I have the muscle...i just need to retain it and lose some body fat. Im even considering a run of test p, tren a, and winny. Low carbs and 45mins of cardio after each workout...i know that would do it.

Yep low carbs and cardio would do it.

Massively RIPPED!! :head:

I equate being ripped to diet and cardio. I see mass as more a strength. That being said if I had to have a celly I'd rather they be ripped

Can't do both in one cycle

You can if the cycle is long enough,. Let's see....

Test, NPP, Tren, 1-T, for 16 weeks bulking hard, drop the NPP, lower the test dose, add T3, DNP, anavar and Winstrol, for a month. All in full "professional level"dosages. No half stacks. Then for three days before you take your after photo or whatever you're doing (show) you take aldactone or diazide and drop all your water, the day of the show you carb load. Boom swole and ripped, ready for the Olympia or that local show, some photo shoot, whatever.

Don't forget the water weight from dnp takes about 7-10 days to clear and won't clear with a traditional diuretic. All the 1t I've seen around lately is coming with significant pip. I like to heavy carb load starting 24hrs before a comp even though traditionally it's a 72 hr load.

Jesus witch...whats scary is i think your serious.

I'm pretty sure he's serious. But there is nothing in his recommendation that I haven't used extensively including dnp. I'm not sure what he means by professional grade doses. But if you look at my current cycle I run pretty heavy

Ripped is more impressive IMO but both take work to achieve (massive or being ripped)

It was sort of a joke, the pro grade remark, just meant maximizing each compound... trying to lose a pound a day on the DNP all that stuff. Sh1t I see guys in contest prep doing. Sh1t I tried doing. Hah.

I suppose I could have said gorilla doses.
