I have gone through 5 or 6 tubs of RC. My favorite is apple tini,but the tropical is very good. I use Ripped Cocktail for anytime energy and feel good outlook. Plus it works awesome as a pwo. This is one of the best products i have ever used by far. Good energy,no jitters and no crash. Very versatile!

i won this a while back with one scoop after i woke up and drank some water than upped the dose to 2 scoops a morning nice clean energy all day and helped me lean out i loved the flavor and the fact it was a powder i take too many pills as it is its a nice solid product
