Dude was an absolute monster. When Rich Piana died I remember them blaming insulin. More recently I've seen converstations of cocaine (they claimed he snorted his preWO). honest discussion on these things might be good for the community to grow awareness if its the lifestyle that took him down...

It’s sad and scary. Lots of bodybuilders passing over the years and very little information as to why and how it can be stopped.

In 2024, 36-year-old bodybuilder Illia "Golem" Yefimchyk, known as the "world's most monstrous bodybuilder," died after suffering a heart attack. He was hospitalized on September 6 and passed away on September 11 after being in a coma. His wife, Anna, performed chest compressions while waiting for an ambulance.
