I was in the Marines when I had it and a Corpsman had recommended it to me, it's over the counter and I believe I ended up getting it at a CVS or Walgreens, you may have to ask a pharmacist for its location, but most places should carry it.
You can pick up most any kind of anti fungal. Even the ones for athletes foot. They are essential the same thing... Tinea corpus is ring worm and tinea pedis is athletes foot. You can using tinactin if you want. Whatever you do stay away from steroidal creams like hydrocortisone etc. it'll make the ringworm blow up and spread bad.
Hell, I've used iodine before on myself. Though I don't recommend that route. It burns like a SOB.
