Seems like a cool dude. Really speaks the truth on life. I mean not a lot of guys speak openly about roids and he just seems to not give a **** what people think about him haha
 
His new videos are great. Lol if my girl can't look away from the wheel and laugh as we crash into a family of 5 killing all of them, then I can't date her - Rich
 
Rich is straight up and tells it like it is as far as bostin goes ppl talk **** about the guy but talk to IFBB pros and you'll see the **** they run he knows his **** and all his clients look ****ing ripped

Gallon jugs are manufactured to specifications to withstand only one usage (even though I refill my water bottles like 10 times a day) I think this is more of a niche product for serious lifters and/or loyal fans to 5%, probably build to much more sturdy specifications, crumples less, better cap design, thicker plastic, washable, etc. etc. etc...... If a guy can make profits off of selling empty gallon jugs, then good for him. No need to talk trash on an entrepreneur.
 
I think I was trash talking the customers. Couldn't find any info that they are designed for single use - quite the contrary actually - they seem to be designed for abuse (dimples, crumple sections, etc... so there's no spilled milk to cry over :) ). One site sells Qty 36 for ~$44, so a little over a buck a piece. 800% profit is nothing to sneeze at, you're right!

Its because those are actually refillable, whereas a regular Spring container isnt, the plastic "melts" into the water upon chronic reuse. I wouldnt get them, but i get why someone would
 
Piana is cool and all... but he has no idea how training works. He also uses WAYYY too much synthol to the point that lifting doesnt even make sense

I seriously spent some time one Saturday watching a ton of his stuff on YouTube. I have no idea why I did this lol. Some of his stuff is kinda cool. He definitely gives zero ****s what people think and shoots straight.

The 8 hour arm workout tho..is that serious?

I liked the Amino product but after one bottle I was like nahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Also, he's all about that Green Card marriage
 
His liver/organ defender product is pretty solid compared to most others on the market imo.. I tried the kill it pre workout, it was okay I couldn't complain but I probably wouldn't opt for it again. His new 5150 pre workout is getting solid reviews though so I might give that a run

Did anyone figure out what happened to him on Sunday at the Arnold? Seemed like he just disappeared. Of course I met him a couple years ago when he was still with Mutant and didn't have a mile long line to meet him.

hes back today- to summarize- almost 24' arms cold, took a 3lb dump, dog bit another dog, took another 3 lb dump, video edit guy at his house, took another 3 lb dump, ate meatballs and pasta, yelled do this and F several times, looked like he was on 6 forms of crack in the gym and yea that's about the highlights
