Revival and Redemption

I have been working out my whole life since I was 16. I am vey in tuned with my body and even took a college class on sports nutrition so I know how to diet properly. I’ve done about every workout scheme and I know what makes my body look best in my opinion. I have dabbled with just about everything and the best results I e ever gotten was from some good old fashioned Creatine Monohydrate cycled 3 months on and one month off and I was guaranteed to gain at least 10lbs every 3 months even after hitting major plateaus.

So after an injury and a stint with in-patient rehabilitation. Here I go starting from scratch with nothing but muscle memory and wisdom. I will post my workout routines as I go and inform the thread about my diet as I go as it may forever need changing.

So basic outline is destroy one major muscle group a day and one small muscle group (like chest and triceps, or legs and abs) I hit each muscle once a week and carb load with a major calorie surplus and 5g of Creatine Monohydrate a day!

Here we go!
