so, i have been planning out my summer cycle for some time now and i think i finally got it figured out now( for the most part)
First off, this is going to be a recomp cycle. Perhaps a little different from the norm though. Basically, Im goiing to use the Sd to kickstart my cycle with a Very CLEAN Bulk (clean is the key there). The 11 oxo should help in keeping Clean. Im gonna keep my Kcals(and carbs) up, but make sure im gaining Pure muscle and adjust my diet as i see fit. At the start of the Epi, im gonna increase my cardio- and likely decrease my kcals a bit too- and start more of a recomp/cut.
-i know most people might look at my cycle plan and say 4 weeks isnt long enough to do much of a recomp, but i have a really fast metabolism and can cut faster then the average person. also, i dont really have too much fat to cut. so 4 weeks should be sufficient for my goals, IMO.
Sd 20/20/20(or30)
Epi 0/ 0/ 30/40/40/40(or50)
11oxo 225-300mg for the 6 weeks
Life support preloaded 10 days or so, Tudca, and taurine, if needed.
-As always, ill also be taking multiVs, fish oil, flax oil, vit E, B complex, and plently of BCAA and Glutamine
Pct- Nolva 20/ 20/ 10 /10
+ supress C + test booster(not sure which one yet)+ vit E + life support.
- i also have Letro(ive had gyno issues with sd b4), but im not gonna use it unless i have to
-so now for my questions...
how does everything look?? Am i missing anything important??
I also have some clomid on hand. Would it help to add some of that in the beginning of Pct, or would that be overkill and not necessary??
and lastly...is taking the 11 oxo with the SD gonna take away from the strength/weight gain from Sd at all?? if so, should i hold off on the 11 oxo and just start it with the Epi?? That was my original thought, but most suggest 11 oxo for at least 6 weeks.
