Reversing pubescent gyno possible?

Hey guys I was wondering if I could get some advice here. I have puffy nipples and semi-hard slightly larger than pea sized lumps under them. They are a little painful and they piss me off. I was wondering if some letro would help reduce them? I have never used letro or aas and I wasn't sure how I would go about coming off something like that. Do you think it would help? I'm 20 btw.

Still possible. Had puberty gyno myself and took letro when I turned 19 or 20. The Los went away and puffiness reduced a bit but not all the way. I'm just Tryin to build chest as much as possible to stretch it out lol surgery =$$$$$$
