I'm currently deployed and looking to start a Havoc cycle. However, due to my schedule, I workout at the END of my day as opposed to the beginning. I've read thesinner's PCT post "No Excuses" and Trauma1's "Havoc Write-Up." Should I still take the larger dose at the beginning of my day as opposed to the latter part of the day, when I work out? I'm brand-new to this...having been jaded by the lack of results from Muscle-Tech and BSN products, I decided to start reading and learning...
