Hey yall,

I have been cruising for the past 2 years due to some life circumstances and for reasons I wont go into I couldn't cycle. This will be somewhat of a comeback cycle for me. I have been on a dose of 150mgs trt/week for the last two years, and have been training consistently. However I got injured and couldn't lift for about 6 months, went into a dark place and gained 50lbs. I shot up to 255 and I am now back at 240. Target weight is 205. As such this cycle will be a part of a longer journey.

Goals: Recomp (cut 4-6% body fat while adding muscle)
Stats: 33 yrs old, 6ft. 240lbs, 21%bf.
Gear: 750mgs test cyp/week 1-12
300mg tren a/week 1-5
50mgs anavar week 3-8
HgH- 3.5IU/day
support supplements
Training History: have been training for 14 years
anabolic history: used anabolics in some degree for the past 10 years

training: I have a 3 week rotation that alternates between a heavy week, moderate rep week, and high rep week (14-18 reps per exercise)
cardio: HIIT on a stair stepper 20mins post workout
Macro's: will be at 2350kcals on every day except leg/back day and off days
leg/back day: 2600kcal
off day: 2200kcal

I will post pictures at the end of week 2 and every 2 weeks therin.

how aggressive a deficit is that for you? With your BW and training plan it feels as though it’s probably 500-700 at least?

is the hgh just for this cycle or are you using it already (I’ve recently discovered just how good that sort of dose hgh is on a cycle)
 
Welcome along for the ride brother.
It comes out to be about a 450-650kcal deficit. Goal is to recomp- but more geared towards bf loss. If I can cut 5% bf and add 5lbs of lean mass I would be very happy.

I run HGH year around. Although I haven’t ever used it on cycle. I know it’s supposed to be very synergistic with gear so I’m interested to see how it pans out.
The goodies arrived today so I’m blasting off tomorrow. I’ll post workout details and diet details tomorrow
 
75mgs tren a and 250mg test c pinned this morning. Also pinned 3.5iu GH

i think you’ll see a massive difference with hgh on cycle (I did anyway), along with tesamorelin it’s by far the best thing I’ve used to reduce fat
 
Sorry it’s been crazy busy at work. Day before yesterday was back day. I started to notice some increased focus and energy. It was only day 3 of tren a but I usually feel it by day 7. So we are on schedule for the timeline. Here was the back day workout:

Yesterday was arms. Pinned 75mg tren ace and 4 IU HGH. I upped my GH by .5mg. Started noticing the tingly/numb hands and fingers. Will keep it at 4iu for the time being.
I definitely noticed the Tren kicking in yesterday. The pumps where painful almost to the point of hindering some lifts.
