Is it possible to retain strength while losing weight.? I am able to bench 225 on bench for 10 reps im looking to lose about 50 lbs of bodyweight. Is it possible to maintain my strength while cutting

What height and body fat bro? How many years training?

basically the leaner you are the harder it will be (I’m assuming you aren’t using anabolics).

based on needing to lose 50lbs my guess is your body fat is relatively high?
