Results so far with AP

AP coupled with Camp has worked well for me. I am also taking Super Cissuss for my knee pain (works wonders). Last time I posted, I loss 5 pounds well make that 9 pounds now. My body is recomping and I feel great. My BF loves the way my butt is looking with this recomp. I have upped my dosage thanks Ziricote for your help with this!

I haven't been following a strict eating plan due to a hectic work schedule but without the strict eating, the AP and camp are doing their thing. I'll let you know more in a few more weeks.

I have been on DCP for almost 3 weeks and AP for about month. So far no results, but the first two weeks I was eating a lot of junk so maybe it will take a little time for the stack to kick in. I hope anyway.
 
Now I get it. I am a female and yes my BF loves my nice firm round butt. I knew someone would put a negative spin on my update.
 
On a serious note, glad to see you like the products and i'm glad your posting your results as AP is not just for men, women will benefit just as much from it.

Although I've been totally out of my training and diet regime now for about 3 months I have been using AP. It really seems to help in preserving my muscle and keep fat gain at a dull roar. On those occassions when I do get back into the groove, I drop fat extremely quickly and my muscles get very full.

It was out of respect and fun as one of the guys and was not meant to be literal.
 
I love AP! Glad its working out for you. I'm guess I'm lucky my Gf doesn't need the help I wouldn't want to share. I'm jealous she can eat alot of junk and keep the outline of her abs. While if I did that even ON AP I would probably put on quite a few inches around my waist.:rasp:
 
do woman have to consume 50g of carbs after ap like men? my wife would like to try it but i dont know if she could eat that many carbs in one sitting.

Have her eat the same amount she normally does and slowly increase to her liking/ability.
 
glad a female is having luck with ap. I'm going to try it first then put my wife on it if I like it.

style did it make you more hungry?

I don't notice the hunger thing because of AP. Sometimes I am just greedy and eat to be eating. So, I can't blame AP.
