Results of my PCT (just finished)

I have just finished up my PCT and though everything has gone well recovery-wise (my balls and back and heavy) I haven't been able to keep as much weight as I had hoped... in fact it is still dipping down.

Once the test left my system (was running test/var) I dropped 1kg right away. It has been a fighting game throughout PCT to keep weight on, but it is a loosing battle as I have gone down just over 5kg (tettering on 6kg right now). A big hit came two days ago when I had a particularily tough leg day (I had the energy, so I pushed hard), the next morning I was down almost a full kilo despite keeping my diet the same. It seems no matter how much food I pack in me, I just can't keep the weight on.

Maybe next time I will say nuts to PCT and just keep running a low dose of test! haha!


Anyway, this was the PCT I ran:

HCGen was run in the weeks leading up to PCT (will run the real stuff next time!)

Day1 300mg clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/0

PES Erase - 1 cap @ 7am/11am/3pm (tappering off)
Unleashed - 3 caps @ 7am for 30 days
DAA - 3g @ 7am for 30 days

MOAR CALORIES!

Post PCT:

Bridge - 3 caps @ 7am/11am/3pm until next cycle
DAA - 3g @ 7am until next cycle
 
During pct you could have run the hcgenerate instead of on cycle. I think if it's up in the air as to on cycle versus off I would say save it for pct.
Also, the food... If you gained 6kgs on cycle it's going to take more cals coming off cycle to maintain that. Good job though in running a full pct. Your time off should be good with bridge. What was your cycle? I gained around 9kgs off my 6 week sdrol cycle and am fighting in pct now to hold on to the weight. Pinnin a bit of test is called cruising. Id only do that if you are pinning hcg as well to keep your boys semi functional ( at least is producing lh).

How much are you down so far, if any?

Down 1kg. I am maintaining here on out though. No more losing weight! I wanna try hit 105kgs this next bulk (about 8 more weeks). Then I will switch gears and go into a recomp cycle, then a cut cycle for summer for when I move back to Hawaii ;)

105kg!!! fuuuuuuuk! haha. I MIGHT target to get there one day... I'll keep targeting 90kg for the time being! haha. Good luck mate!
 
Have u backed off training? I was training 5-6 a week while on, backed down to 2-3 during pct and now train 3-4 a week. Final cycle weight was 233, now 3 months removed from cycle, sit at 223 +/-... Try and keep ur workout mostly compound lifts, an hour or less and back off cardio for a bit... Good luck

Dropped off my cardio, and dropped the training back to 3x a week. With an occasion 4th as I train every other day usually.
