I've done a couple SD cycles already but only used Nolva in my PCT. Decided this time around to add Restore + Activate. I'm planning on running the Nolva 40/40/20/20 like I always have. I was wondering, do I need to ramp up/down the Restore in anyway or do I just run it straight through, 3 caps a day?
