Restore and Nolva

If I am starting my PCT with Nolva 2 weeks after my last injection on Test 400, do I need to start with Restore at that time or right after my last injection?
 
Just to clarify, if anyone is reading this after reading my thread about my proposed Epistane cycle, this thread was not for me, it was for a friend.
