Well time to hit up a few minutes on my roller. Chug my g8 and turning in for the day. Up and at it 330. Hopefully I can get two consecutive weeks of training under my belt.

So the quick explanation is DRAMA. I am going through some less than awesome times with my wife (soon to be ex). This is the one positive thing I have left in my life that I enjoy other than my daughter. And she's doing everything she can do to make me miserable. Rather than have drama spread all over am I'm jut gonna quit posting. I love it here and everything I've learned along the way. Anyone who follows and wants to keep in touch pm me for my email

Agree with Thomas, we know you are going through stuff. Just talk about food, and workouts. We wont ride you if you miss a day, cause it just means your having a bad day.

Do what's best for you but rethink it man. However, I have had my fair share of crap/drama as well (most of us have on here). Having somewhere to NOT talk about it, is a wonderful thing - as it is an escape, almost therapeutic.

You are a great addition to this site, be a shame to lose you from the community.

Dinner. Garlic sriracha chillie chicken. Boom.

6 oz 99 ff chicken
1/2 onion
Green chillies
1 oz jalapeño almond cheese
And of course garlic and sriracha

1/4 cup brown rice
 
Man. That was bomb. But.... U take that bowl. Get rid of the rice. Put in on a toasted hoagie bun. Add bacon and a extra light amount of honey mustard. Some sweet tater fries. And id have a dinner worth selling.

K... so I stole your idea a little... sliced/diced up 10oz chicken breast, bit of a fat free mayo, bit of honey mustard and wedge it all into 2 toast whole wheat buns... was bomb.com - thanks for the idea!
