Yeah man, had to work through lunch...lol
 
Bright and early at 330 again. Leg day. Blah. Hate it. But very much a necessity. So come tomorrow morning I'll be hating walking for the rest of the week. Breakfast still trucking at a shake and grape fruit. Then a few hours later I'll be having a snack exactly the same as yesterday. Trained everyday this week. Been eating better. I'm feeling better. Good times
 
Gotta find some love for leg day.
 
When I did the Mountain Dog leg stuff that was my favorite day by far, despite leg doms for days. Sometimes I miss all that hypertrophy stuff.
 
Today is chest. Schools almost out for the day. I might throw in some other muscles I want to work and just hang in the gym for a couple hrs

I'm not familiar with their equipment nor specifics, but looks like a good deal to me.

How much does the rack hold in weight? Is the bar worth a damn?
 
Doesn't say max capacity. Comes with 260lbs of weights. So surely 300 at least I think. The bar is a ten bearing oly bar

Surely more than that, I'd hope.

10 bearing? So all you can have on it is 495?

And I meant the rack is prolly good for 300. Not the bar specifically

Thats what I meant, the rack should support way more than 300. If you fail 225 on squat, the impact when it hits the rack will likely be a force close to or greater than 300. I'd contact them and make sure the rack could support at least 1000. You never know, you may want to power lift one day.

As for the bar, you could always upgrade later and use that bar for benching only if you need to put more weight on it.

I'll look into this setup later on. For comparison, I was looking to spend 1100 on a Rogue rack that comes with nothing else. But, it's Rogue.
 
Yeah I like a lot of rogues gear. But it's all so expensive

There are a few companies I've seen on Craigslist that sell used gym equipment(they buy out gyms) and usually have some good racks for $300-600.

It's not a normal semester. It's condensed classes. Lots of info if a small window. I have finals every 6 weeks. But thanks

This is my routine from yesterday. It doesn't seem like much to me but I was totally smoked at the end. Little to no rest time throughout the entire session. Every muscle I got from my belly button up feels sore today. But good sore.

I bought everything I need over the weekend to start packing all my food in with me during classes. Time to eliminate junk from my diet. This week will be rough but after a few days it's easy.
