Restarting

I don't always eat beautiful breakfasts like this one, but when I do it's less than 20g of fat.

1-that breakfast was delicious
2-that and 2 shakes is all I've consumed thus far today
3- I abandoned mcds/Taco Bell. I'm easing into giving up everything tasty lol.
 
So I had a convo before the gym today.

This was said " that's a high fat content if ur wanting to shed pounds"

This was heard " ur doing it wrong fatty"

In retrospect they are right. No need to eat kinda clean. Time to draw the strings In tighter

Front load SM Squat
5 x 10 @ 95

Laying leg press/calf raise
5 x 10/10 @ sled + 90

Work out
SM Squats/Standing calf raise
5 x 10/10 @ 135

Laying leg curl
5 x 10 @ 50

Seated calf raise. DB on knee
5 x 10 @ 50/knee

Seated leg ext
5 x 10 @ 50

Seated leg press/standing calf
Raise
3 x 15/15 @ 150/BW+45

Once I get into a comfort zone with. Form , depth , and 135lbs
I'll move all my squat movements from smith machine to a free bar

Looking good in here.

My last dog did that to me. It was just too far. You have to work them up if they haven't been active in a while. Took my Dane for a bike ride on the beach a couple weeks ago. She kept up fine, but when we got home I thought her heart was going to explore. She didn't catch her breath forever.

You're insane. Spray some coconut oil on them and season them before you bake them, and OMG.
 
Just got home. Holy fluck bawls. I'll never help anyone again. Just ride along they said. Dropping off a horse and that's it. Well psycho mare... Wheel falling off the trailer in the middle of dileverance. And that's about 1/2 the story. Just walked through my door. Never been so happy to see a futon in my life. Gn all. Updates mañana

Then the following day some serious family issues rose up. Issues that are far from resolved and looking like a rough journey. But I'm here still. Just the past week I haven't had a second to myself. Try to hit the gym today. Cook something healthy. Try to get some of this stress knocked down
 
Go obliterate that stress in the gym.
 
I went. Didn't do much. Just wasn't feeling it. But it still helped some. Got dishes need doing then whip me up some grub

Gotta fight through those days too.
 
Dinner wasn't clean as I woulda liked but it sufficed. Tonight will be a g8 night. Regroup and get back on the game in the am
 
Mine won't be either. Pizza on tap, then it's the journey to go sub-200# again starting tomorrow.

Well I hit the gym. Not as hard as I'd like. Gotta get outta this slump. Gonna chug some g8 and go to bed. Tomorrows a fresh start
 
Today was my fresh start plan. Well I just woke up. Guess I've been exhausted. Gonna go run a little and hit the gym a lil later

Gym felt good. Like I actually wanted to be there. More in morning. G8 and bedtime

That feeling will be more predominant the more you go, as you know.
 
Up early. Got my run/walking in. About a 40/60 split. Gonna double down on mobility work now that I'm back. Gym this afternoon. Try and get food back on track. Finding my groove.
