Restarting

Prepping dinner. Pesto and lime chicken pasta. Can't wait!! Plus working on a fine tuned diet and lifting routine for the run that's coming up. Want the least amount of variables in the equation.

2 hb egg whites

2 oz organic brown rice pasta
5 oz 97% ff chicken breast
Seasoned and mixed with fresh squeezed lime juice and pesto sauce

Home from the hugeatorium. Another long session. Decided on the way home that my meals today are gonna be larger than normal. No measuring , no counting , just a few larger than normal meals. They will all be clean and healthy but for today I'm just eating want I want. But with that said I finished up a few things for breakfast so I know how much is there with out measuring.

No way. Unless they know a kick a$$ mailman. I figured it'll be here by Friday. Start Monday. So wrote up the routine I plan on using when it does arrive. Just fine tuning what I been doing. Gonna do the same with my diet. I wanna keep the variables limited for this log.

Well some surprising good news. At least for myself. Haven't really weighed myself or checked bf% since I recorded it for my final results of my PX black run. Weighed in this morning at 196. Which is 9lbs heavier. But bf% was 19.6 today and at the end of my run it was 21. So I'm pretty stoked about that.
 
Nice workout and congrats on the bf drop, that's huge. That's a sick stack you got there! Did you get picked for the mass?
 
Yup. I got lucky. Can't wait for it. That's why I took the opportunity to restock some of my other Finaflex goodies.
Awesome, congrats! I didn't fill out an app cause I fill one out for stimul8. Then I see one of the guys that got picked for stimul8 also got picked for mass! I was like damn! I knew I should of applied:)

Also great progress thus far and like steve said, great consistency. That is key. Changes will come in time bud just sit back and enjoy the process homie!
