Onions , mushroom , orange bell pepper.

Cooked slow all day In the crock pot. Emeril should be taking lessons from me!!

Haha, I wear socks to my knees (because I could be doing oly lifts on any given day)
I have neon shoes (romaleos).
My panties are black under armour though. I'll have to work on that one.

I rock the high socks too on dead lift days. The bar rubbing my shins somehow makes my vagina hurt and I don't like it. Sweat like me , dunno??

Bout to have lunch. Big salad. With some extras. Found this dressing today. Looks pretty legit. Taste test posted soon. Best dressing I've found that's not totally fat free. But label says no teams fats. , no preservatives , no artificial colors , no added sugar , gluten free. So I'm taking it for a spin with lunch. After it done I'll get pics and macros posted of the whole meal

yeah I hate it when the fatties get picked for my team.... uh wait bolthouse is all right stuff I try to stick to my own blend of vinegar & olive oil for the most part, but stray every once in awhile as I have great fondness for Roquefort/bleu cheese

Fml. Auto correct got me twice. Hahaha
 
I've never tried Roquefort, but I love T. Marzetti's Ultimate Bleu Cheese. Stuff is loaded with cals though.

I've been having 1 oz of bleu cheese crumbles a night recently. Almost a tease.
