Began a Havoc cycle about a year ago and had to bail on it due to injury and then a new job at a start up company which sucked at least 12 hours a day away from me.
Next thing you know a year goes by.
Finally been back at it for 2 months and want to re-visit the Havoc cycle with some modifications.
Been taking AI Cycle Support for about 1 week now for priming.
4 Week Havoc Cycle : 20/20/30/30
with Liver Longer, AI Cycle Support, Universal Animal Pak, Universal Shock Therapy, and maybe Universal Animal Cut (With Havoc cuts might not be needed). Oh and I also pop in Super Cissus since I remember my elbow joints killing last year.

Actually still have my bottle of Liquid Nolvadex in the frig so:
Liquid Nolva + AI's Post Cycle Therapy. Then the basics would be in there as above with the Animal Pak and Shock Therapy.
Sound like a plan?
BTW: 5'6" 155-160lbs and 33 years old. BF% is ~10-12. I never stopped eating right even though I wasn't hitting the weights.
