Hi all, I am to sups in building in general and began with asking a series of questions and found the general google is your friend situation. Now I am a reptile and exotic animal specialist and I know this go do your own research mentality straight through! This is a good process as I have gone away and learnt as much as I can in 12 weeks of googling to hell out of cutting phase, bmr calculations, supplement types etc!

So my question is I am looking at cutting for another 4 weeks I have lost 11lbs already and would like to hit a target bfi so I am able to see areas I want to work on. I understand I have only been consistently lifting for 18 weeks but I would like to asses my weaknesses first. Maybe I'm looking at this wrong but with out guidance I'm pretty lost.

I have used the ultimate weight loss stack from elite nutrition and phd weight loss whey.

My common finding people are using:
Erase pro,
Ephedrine,
Caffeine,
Green tea,

Elites weight loss stack.


Now my goal is to build lean mass and loose bf but as I only have weights at home I am restricted until the end of may. I am up in 14 weeks from 25% muscle mass to 40% but would like to bulk from the bottom up!
I'm concentrating on lower back as I feel this is the basis of all good builds?
