Reps (help me turn on my ipod before i go lift)

listening to music today...and i turned it off...and later i tried turning it back on it wouldnt. i helpt down the middle button becuase that usually turns it bak on but that didnt work. i plugged it into the charger and computer both didnt help. I tried resetting it but it didnt do **** for me i dont know what the **** happened but i'm pissed now i dont have anything to listen to when i lift.

30GB ipod video 5th generation.

i finally got through to apple support on the phone...wow that was gay long experience but we finally got it working again...

Did you toggle the hold switch before you tried to reset it? Toggle hold (off/on), then hold the middle and play buttons, and nothing happens?
