Replenish with Size-On

I haven't taken any CEE in a while so i'm going to give Size-On a try...

I was considering taking Size-On pre workout and Replenish Post workout

is this overkill or would it be more effective then just Size-On by itself...

i think it would be more effective to buy bulk creatine mono powder from nutra planet and take 5 grams post. A study was just done basically proving CEE was completly pointless. And size-on is a good product, but you can get more for your money buying bulk. Its up to you to take it pre and post, personnaly i only supplement creatine post workout.
 
There isn't that much CEE in Replenish, but enough to help with recovery.. I use SizeOn(creatine gluconate) before and during with Replenish PWO.. They count towards my carb intake for the day..
