Replacing preworkout with Tr1umph

I have been taking a stimulated pre for a long time now. Currently I take preJym and I have nothing negative to say about it. I workout at night after work and am finding it hard to fall asleep. I can only see the caffeine to be the culprit as I sleep like a baby on my rest days.

While searching for an alternative I came across Tr1umph. I'm a fan of OL and wonder if this is a sufficient replacement for PrWO. I know they sell conqu3r but price wise I would prefer to not buy both monthly.

Can tr1umph successfully be used as a PrWO?

Tr1umph could definitely be used as a replacement for a preworkout. It contains many ingredients that are in most stimmed preworkouts, with the addition of PA. The only issue I see, not that it makes a huge difference, is the calorie content.

If you're looking for a stim-free preworkout that'll give you some good pumps in the gym, I'd also suggest taking a look at Cremax XT. It contains a full serving of creatine, 2.5g betaine, electrolyte blend, and glycerol and taurine to deliver some nice pumps during training. Cremax XT would be a great non-stim preworkout option, and it also contains Amentoflavone, which can help with muscle contractions and increased strength

I wouldnt use tr1umph solely as a replacement for your pre-workout but you could stack it together to make a nice combo the cell volumization and the pump could be sick.

Thank you for the responses. I really like the profile in Tr1umph, and have been wanting to see how pa worked for me. I will look at the other suggestions as well.

Yes. I use it, or Ergonine. But I add some bulk stuff - mainly Citrulline Malate and Caffeine. You can skip the Caffeine. I do Beta-Alanine too, but just for convenience, you can dose BA any time. Some other stuff too, but yeah, as a Base (or Solo) it works great and you can just get cheap bags of bulk whatever you want, and add it.

PES High Volume is a good Pre with no stimulants.

This.
Triumph is great, but cannot replace a pre for acute effects and performance.

If you have the budget for it, using both would be a fantastic stimulant free stack

IForce Nutrition Hemavo2 is fantastic as well. This is my go to nightime pre-workout and provides awesome pumps. I like to combine it with Mesomorph for stim based pre-workout.

Really depends what you are even looking for in a pre?

Do you still need focus/energy? Need something to help with endurance? More concerned about pumps?

Conqu3r UL Stim Free would be your best bet imo for non-stim focus + pumps + endurance

High Volume is a solid pump product, but without added caffiene I don't get much in terms of energy or focus. Though some ingredients do help with endurance.

iForce Compete is tasty and is great for endurance type activities. OL will be coming out with Endur3 soon so keep an eye out for that : )
