Replaced Alcohol with BCAAs!

Just for bit of fun, the other day I started doing this weird thing where I ordered one drink then ask for a pint glass (Live in London, English thing) then I mix a sachet of BCAAs into it with water of course... as have **** load of free samples....they are cheap and overated. For some reason I have started making this a habit and actually feel good about it..Just need to get rid of the initial first drink though.

Anyone tried this or have some similar experiance??

I saw someone drink 2 scoops of optimum nutrition mixed into a Natural Light.....my roommate on spring weekend in college.....we had a 10am Beirut/Beer Pong tournament game and that was his breakfast LOL

Mixed rum with other types of BCAA. Saves the extra calories of juice or mixer.
 
I mix bcaa with vodka and ice. Primeval eaa max has electrolytes so you dont get dehydrated.

OP - never done this before. Always wanted to but I always forget. We've been doing zevia. Cola + whiskey, grapefruit + tequila.
I have 1 scoop left of xtend apple bcaas . I'll give it a proper goodbye
 
Lmao Lol guys, Im trying to cut down on alcohol. Seems the threads gone to BCAA and Alcohol together the next big thing..

Vodka BCAA, soda water and lime..

I make sure I take a picture next time..

Also, you should know by now that we don't like removing or cutting down on things around here; it's much more fun to just add something else in! ;)
