Mixing Eph + Yohimbine makes me feel a bit ill sometimes too...I use to get good results from it, but decided it was not worth the sides.

Keep us updated as you go into this carb depletion. I'll be interested to see your results. ;)

Ok so from your opinion of epi so far, do you think I should tack it on to the end of my test cycle?

Test-E Weeks 1-12 @ 500mg
Havoc Weeks 10-12 @ 20 mg
Havoc Weeks 12-14 @ 30 mg (while test esters clear out)
post cycle therapy Weeks 14-18


The main reason I want to add it is to aid in cutting. I'm already cutting, but I've read that it assists in the hardening process so to speak.
 
I can't really make recommendations since I've never done an injectable cycle, and don't really know everything about running them.
I understand your logic, and think that epi would make oral for cutting.

One-Arm Cable Pushdown: 110*6

Pretty satisfied to see my strength is still holding strong, even when cutting carbs.

Saw some guy today supersetting skullcrushers with shrugs: he must know something I don't :D

Bodyweight: 181.5lbs Needless to say I've probably dropped my Easter Weight. I got tied up in the lab yesterday, doing the undergrad research I do, and had to skip lunch. I would imagine that factor plays a large role in my 6.5lbs loss in 48 hours.
 
Cardio today:
25 minutes HIIT on the treadmill
15 minutes of jumping rope.

I took a free sample of Leviathan, as opposed to my usual low-dose ephedrine & Yohimbine. It felt pretty stimulating at first, but by the time I started working out, it had toned down enough that I could train hard. Pretty solid formulation, although, I'm not really a big fan of Trib or Fenugreek.

I think I might be coming down with a cold :sick: so I've been taking Zicam every 3 hours. Hopefully it'll go away pretty quickly, I usually have a pretty strong immune system.

Bodyweight today: 180.5lbs It's pretty amazing how much weight you can lose in one week, by only cutting 200 Calories from your diet.

Feeling a lot better this morning. I managed to get off my fat ass and do some cardio. I did 30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill, followed by a 5 minute 'cool down' on a stationary bike.


My obsession with the treadmill explained: The reason I really like using the treadmill is because it controls how fast I'm going. This really helps me push myself out of 'comfort zones' and has really made for great progress over time.

Ive never really thought about not being able to pace your self and speed being out of your control, I guess i'm going to have to get off that wussy elliptical and step up to see if I can step up my progress. Good stuff man First the jump rope Now the treadmill.

I've used the ellipticals in the past. They're great and all, but as I get further into the workout, my body tries harder and harder to not work as hard (we are all slaves to the first law of thermodynamics). With a treadmill, it's like lighting a fire behind my ass: My body doesn't want to go at that speed, but forces itself to, trying not to get burned.

I begin cutting another 30g of carbs from my diet. Essentially, I get to eat a bowl of oats in the morning, and that's about it.

Couple of my lifts were down (incline bench & front squat). Probably a good thing, since I noticed I wasn't quite hitting parallel with my front squats. Ended up doing seated hammer curls instead of my usual incline hammer curls because the incline benches were used up, and I didn't feel like waiting.

Bodyweight today: 181.5lbs quite a large jump, but my weight tends to do fluctuate like that.

Hey, it might not be the compound it says on the bottle, but what is in those smelly little caps sure seemed to be doing something.

Im more of a EPI man myself but nice strength gains.
your deadlifts are pretty sick for your weight.

EDIT: Wow, I was really intent on doing a lot of double jumps (as many as I could do in a row) during the second half of my workout, and I just looked in the mirror to see MASSIVE forearm welts. People are going to think I'm a masochist or something. :toofunny:

Today was a little weaker, and I didn't bring a piece of paper to write down my intervals (I usually 'wing' it when it comes to the intervals). It went something like this:

I did notice I could trick myself into going 1 mph faster for the second 30 seconds of an interval.
 
Sorry i didn't get a chance to read your whole log, but how was your libido on cycle?

Typic of any steroids cycle I would imagine. Kinda higher during the greater part of the cycle, started to wain a little near the end as HTPA shutdown set in. I'm actually kinda disappointed with how low my libido has been during PCT. I'm on week 4, and it still feels kinda low. Of course, 5 weeks makes this the longest I've run a cycle (I've always run 3-weekers in the past), so it's kind of hard for me to judge.

I think I may have deviated slightly from what I had originally posted, but here's how it's gone:
Week 1: 80mg tamoxifen Citrate, 250mg DHEA
Week 2: 60mg tamoxifen Citrate, 200mg DHEA, 50 mg 4OHA
Week 3: 40mg tamoxifen citrate, 150mg DHEA, 100mg 4OHA
Week 4: 40 mg tamoxifen citrate, 150mg DHEA, 150mg 4OHA


Next Week: 20mg tamoxifen citrate, 100mg DHEA, 150mg 4OHA

*1g turkesterone 3x daily the whole way through PCT
 
It's not going to make you add 100lbs to your max or anything, but I definitely can't get out that many reps if I'm deadlifting raw (hands give out).
 
Will chalk help with not ripping chunks of callous off my hand?

not really...my hands are pretty calloused so I don't notice much these days. I think it depends on the bar too. After really intense sets my callouses are completely worn off and they have to grow back harder...tougher...SPARTANS!!!

Looks pretty solid but I have never used Formestane in PCT. Unsure if that could effect libido much. Some Powerfull or Fenugreek or both keep me pretty randy. My next one I am going to run the "Horny Mack Jack Stack" with Powerfull. Should be good. :)
 
Highlights:
Deadlifted 380lbs for 4 (and a half) reps.
Couldn't punch out the full 6 reps on a couple of my sets today. I've got a lot of lactic acid built up from yesterday, and was kinda tired this morning. Next week I will start the last phase of my HST cycle, doing 6 superslow reps per set.


Bodyweight today: 177.5lbs I'm gettin' pretty cut, I think if I can cut the water I should be able to do fine. Last year, I competed in this same competition @ 154.25lbs where I got my butt kicked by a 5'2" dude.

This is my first run with formestane for PCT as well. Had some lying around from past formestane cycles, and figured since some people swear by it, why not give it a shot? Now that I think about, I can't imagine being on a cut right now is helping out my case either. Oh well, less time beating off is more time to get my homework done :)

I received my order of bulk sesathin yesterday. Will be taking 2-3 pumps daily. This stuff actually tastes really good.

Gonna try to get back up to 5 cardio sessions per week.

Got an email from my photographer this morning, asking if I'd be available for a photoshoot on the weekend of May 11th. Hopefully, I won't be busy (I have a friend visiting from Utah sometime early May) and I'll be 'cut' enough to shoot by then. If that's the case, I should have some pics to post within the next few weeks.
