Repent Ye Sinner and let Havoc Reign!

What is the average flying speed of a swallow?

African or european?

Ok, ok, enough filler. :D
Great job, great log!
Just started some Havoc myself. I'll get a log started shortly. Hopefully it wil combat the strength and stamina loss I am beginning to experience from the carb depleted diet and T3/albuterol barrage.

So here's my first HST workout of my post cycle therapy regimen:

Front Squat: 265*10
Deadlift: 340*10
Barbell Row: 275*10
Pullups: 60*10
Weighted Dips: 125*10
Incline Bench: 260*10
Upright Row: 150*10
Smith Machine Military Press: 165*10
High Pulley Rear Delt Cable Cross: 60*10
Cable Pushdown: 120*10
Incline DB Curl: 60*10
Seated Calf Raise: 100*10 100*10 (15s stretch, 5s negative)

Great workout, and I was impressed by how quickly I was able to move through all the exercises. I even had a little time to do some forearm work (wrist curls behind the back). You see, on St. Patty's ay, some girl told me that my forearm muscles looked small (naturally, I told her that's where her neck muscles come into play), so I figure I'd do a little bit of forearm work, to try and build some size there.

Bodyweight Today: 190.0 lbs
I calculated an average weekly standard of deviation to be about 1.1lbs so give or take that amount.

Been feeling like sh*t this week. Couldn't even get out of bed to go and run yesterday. I'm thinking the tamox in the morning is killing me, so I'm gonna start taking it at night (since it was such a long half-life I don't suppose it should matter when I take it).

Since it's going to be redundant to post my lifts each workout with an HST program, I'll only post lifts where the weight changes. So here's the weight changes:
Deadlift: 345*10
Pullup: 62.5*10
Dips: 127.5*10
Smith Military Press: 10*10

bodyweight today: 188.5lbs

HIIT Cardio today:

20 minutes of typical sinner HIIT on the cardio
10 minutes (30seconds hard, 30 seconds light) on stationary bike
10 minutes jumping rope

I still have the calf and back pumps, hopefully they'll go away sometime next week.

I sure hope Sinner is low carb!

Lifts (that have changed since Wednesday):
Front Squat: 270*10
Upright Row: 155*10
Cable Pushdown: 125*10
Seated Calf Raise: 145*10

Bodyweight Today: 185.5lbs
I know it's down, I think I had put on a little BF during the last few weeks of the cycle (I simply couldn't control my appetite for the life of me @ 40mg ED). I wake up this morning, and I am f***ing cut up for some reason.

Slept in like a motherf---er this morning. Saturday morning cardio went more like saturday afternoon cardio. So far I've kept my size, and it seems I've even lost some BF.

Measurements:
Left Arm
Straight: 14"
Bent 90 degrees: 15.5"
Mid Thigh: 22.5"
Upper Thigh: 24"
Stomach: 30.75"
Chest: 42.5"
Shoulders: 50.25"

SORRY! seems like you have been in PCT for awhile......

well, its good that you are keeping size and strength! KEEP IT UP!

Beautiful day out today. Went for a nice 40 minute jog. My calves were tired by the end, but I think the whole back/calf pump bit is going away.

I got the worst case of "bat-wings" today. I don't know if it's the warm weather or what, but they were almost big enough to fly with.

Unlike "bats wing" which is performed purposefully, "Bat Wings" are the spreading and sticking of ones sack to the inner thigh. Usually happens at random, in summer months and is caused by the heat and persperation from the hey-nanner-nanner region.

Today starts my second week of PCT. Tapering down the Tamoxifen, and starting to take 20-30mg formestane 2x daily. All in all, PCT has been a pretty breezy thus far. Strength has been going up, I've been getting a much better quality of sleep (though now I feel like I'm needing more sleep), and BF has been going down.

My workout highlights for the day:
Deadlift: 345*11
Incline DB Curls: 65*9
Cable Pushdowns: 130*11

Bodyweight today: 184.5lbs
***note: A couple factors are come into play with this number. 1) I didn't have my PWO shake. 2) I was thirsty. 3) My BF has been plummeting. now that I don't have an excessive amount of androgens hanging around in my system, my appetite is finally under control, and I'm less apt to "go crazy" and eat extra "junk" (i.e. PB & Celery :D )

"Flouribol" Update: Last Friday, my buddy reached a new deadlifting PR of 295lbs for 10, today he did 305lbs for 11. It looks like my plan of getting him more motivated to lift is working. I'll have to remember to talk to him about it sometime this week, and get his impressions of it.

Im glade someone cleared that up for me :icon_lol:

Been real busy, haven't had time to make it to the gym today. I think I'm gonna take the day off (I could use a break).

This is my first time running Turkestrone (I've run Ecdy in the past PCT's and loved it), and I've gotta say, it makes for a very nice hardening effect. I was a little skeptical as to whether I would be able to cut up and be in competition shape by june 2nd, but it's looking like I'm actually ahead of schedule in losing BF.

Excellent! Time for some Pizza! :pizza:

Nice work sinner! ;)

Highlights:
Deadlift: 350*10
Barbell Row: 280*10
Smith Seated Military Press: 175*10
Cable Pushdown: 135*10 (I might have to get a new exercise in place of this one because it's getting hard for me to stay grounded)

how are you dosing turk?
I'm dosing it 1g 3x daily (15 minutes before a meal). Since ecdysteroids have such a small half-life, I don't feel it's as necessary to spread them out as evenly as I would a methyl. I'll usually shoot for 1g post-workout, 1g in the afternoon, 1g with my last meal of the day.

CArdio today:
HIIT on the treadmill for 21 minutes, don't quite remember how the intervals looked, but it came out to be 5k+ for a total distance. Afterwards I did some HIIT by distance on the indoor track, sprinting 1/6mi followed by walking 1/12 mi.

Calf/lower back pumps are completely gone, and I was able to keep pushing myself, and not hold back due to the pain/pressure. I think I'm starting to outgrow my gym's treadmill's for HIIT-style cardio.

THATS nice to know about the calf pumps, cause i got terrible cramping in them from like day 3 on.......

atleast i have confirmation where they were from..........

Highlights of todays workout:
Smith Military Press: 180lbs*10
Cable Pushdown: 140*10
Incline Bench: 265*10

Bodyweight today: 184.5lbs
I was surprised that it was so high, seeing as I had an amazingly strenuous cardio workout, and I didn't really eat much yesterday (very very very busy).

Cardio for today: 15 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill followed by 20 minutes HIIT on the Rower (30-60 seconds hard, 30-60 seconds light). Trying to mix things up a little bit; now that I'm squatting 3x a week, I'm trying not to use my legs as much for cardio.

Measurements:
Left Arm
Straight: 14"
Bent 90 degrees: 15.5"
Mid Thigh: 22.5"
Upper Thigh: 24"
Calf: 15.75"
Stomach: 30.5"
Chest: 42.5"
Shoulders: 50.25"

Measurements were pretty much the same. Stomach down another 1/4".

I've noticed my appetite increasing this week. Probably due to the androgens being brought back into my system. Strength has also been going up (as you can see from the highlight's I've been posting). I think a portion of this, however, is due to the fact that I hadn't been doing most of these exercises regularly, so the whole coordination of them has caused for such the dramatic increases in strength (i.e. Weighted Dips, cable pushdowns).

how much of the strength from havoc did you keep?

110%

All the lifts I've done while on Havoc (that are incorporated in my Post Cycle training regimen), are the same (if not higher). I've been really impressed with the increase in overall athletic performance that I've gotten from Havoc, and how maintainable it has been thus far.

good to hear guys! I just don't want the mental issues of being able to move all this ridiculous weight and then not be able to..hahaha

Happy Easter

Today... was a cheat day (and not a typical celery and peanut butter cheat day). :food: :food: :food:

Today was also my last dose of Anabolic Pump. Today is also 7 weeks out from the Julie Palmer showdown. I think I'm prolly overdue for cutting carbs in preparation for it.

HST @ 6 rep sets starts today:

Front Squat: 295*6
Deadlift: 370*6
Barbell Row: 295*6
Pull ups: 85*5
Dips: 165*6
Incline Bench: 280*6
Upright Rows: 175*6
Smith Military Press: 205*6
High Pulley Rear Delt Cable Cross: 80*6
One-Arm Cable Pushdown: 100*7 (there was no way I was going to be able to pull my 6RM down to do pushdowns with both hands).
Incline DB Curls: 70*6
Seated Calf Raise: 190*6 190*6

Bodyweight Today: 188.0lbs :donut:

I have a feeling the majority of that 3.5lbs is going to go away within the next 5-10 minutes :dump:

HIIT Cardio on the treadmill today. I flushed out with 750mg niacin & 5mg yohimbine 45 minutes prior, and took a half-dose of ephedrine before hitting the mills. It over-stimulated me, and I wasn't too satisfied with my performance this workout (felt kinda sick). Ran for 15 minutes, ran to the bathroom for 5 minutes, got back & ran another 20 minutes, finished with jumping rope for 15 minutes.

As part of cutting, I've started taking the following:
TTA 500mg 2x daily
yohimbine 5mg 2x daily
RK 100-300mg daily (I mix it with Iced tea, and it tastes amazing)

I'm cutting 50g of carbs from my diet this week, so that's about 100g carbs a day.

Mixing Eph + Yohimbine makes me feel a bit ill sometimes too...I use to get good results from it, but decided it was not worth the sides.

Keep us updated as you go into this carb depletion. I'll be interested to see your results. ;)
