Click on post, hit tab in right top corner, hit open browser/web view. Then you should see the option to rep

So its not showing the desktop view? Mine does and then at the bottom of the post is a rep button.

My continues to act and look the exact same.
The screen does change and flash over like it did something but everything is the same.

mine is the same as well. have to go to the lab top. but like it was said before, rep power is meaningless. my first few months at a different forum a was all into it. then realized i was being a lame. but i do get wanting the option to give appreciation to info ascertained from someone.
