I've been dealing with wrist pain on and off for a year now. I believe it's tendinitis, but my old doc would never do an MRI for it and I haven't asked my new doc yet since the pain came back about 3 weeks ago. It doesn't pain me to do any of my workouts, except ez bar curls. I need to use wrist wraps and add thickness to the bar, by wrapping the the part that you grip with a towel or else I'll get wrist and forearm pain. I know my forearms are weak compared to my biceps even though I do hammer curls. I was wondering if doing exercises like wrist curls can actually strengthen my wrists and get rid of the pain. At this point I know if I do nothing the pain will never go away.
