Remedial work/exercises

Let's talk remedial work/exercises. Do you do them? If so when...do you have a day just for remedial or do you work it into your daily routine? What are some of your favorite remedial exercises.

I'm thinking of designating a day for remedial work...just trying to decide which day & how often. So, would love to hear some feedback from others.
love2liftkat I know you had a remedial day recently. Did you find it effective & is it something you would work in more regularly?

if you are referencing pre/rehab work then do it every day. the volume and intensity are very low and therefore can have very high frequency.

I'm not entirely clear on what you mean by "remedial" work. Clarify?

More prehab type work. I do some rotator cuff conditioning on shoulder days. Wrist condition on arm day. However, it's just 1-2 exercises. My wrists & shoulders can give me a fit sometimes. So, I'm wondering how everyone else incorporates prehab/conditioning work in. I know some GVT programs have a day just for "remedial" work.

Cool. Makes more sense now. In that case I agree with what asooneyeonig posted above. I still do rehab/strengthening exercises from knee rehab a few years ago and stuff for my shoulder on a daily basis. Basically just anytime I think about it or have nothing to do for a few minutes. 2-3 times per day works well depending on what the routine is.

My right wrist can get tweaked really easy. I already have to be really aware of my form on pressing movements or it will hurt for a week. I'm hoping to eliminate some of that if I start including more prehab work that focusing on it.
