REM now a staple in my supp regimen

My girlfriend and I have both been supplementing with this product at night for the past month. She had reached a mini-diet plateau and was getting slightly annoyed. Anyway, we started the REM and immediately noticed quicker onset or and deeper sleep. For someone who suffers from insomnia at times like myself, that would have been enough. However, I recently had supplemented HgH in my regimen. I noticed one of the sides of the gh, like others, that I sweated quite a bit at night. I must say that I am experiencing a similar effect, even more so, with the REM. I am now having to lay a towel down before I go to bed. The kicker is that we have both leaned up quite a bit, with no change in diet, cardio, training,etc... Her changes have been even more so than mine, especially in her trouble areas. Top Notch Product:clap2:

From the start, I predicted REM-R3G would be a top seller for us and in a short time it has proven so.

I don't ever notice sweating from it? I'm sure that doesn't mean it's not working though. I will say that I'm going to take a little break as I don't seem to notice it making me fall asleep any easier like it did at first. I stilll sleep well once I fall asleep on it though, and I wake up less sore.

I have a bottle on the way. Interested to see how this stacks with pGH that I am currently on.

Yup... the combo of REM + forkskolin from Camph, has me sweating ALOT! Max, glad you're liking it so much... I've really found this to be my favorite recent supplement along w/ higher dose Cissus.

yeah, lil bit sweatier.puts me to sleep quicker ,more solid sleep.another big thing is that not only are my dreams now more vivid, but i can remember them like i never could before.great stuff

i believe i was told the bacopa heats u up...so if your taking the rem, then taking more bac. thru the camp...well u get a lil heated hehe.goooood stuff!

The bueaty of Bacopa and Forskolin.

Bacopa can raise t4 concentrations 41% and forskolin speeds conversion of t4 to more acitve t3!

Question, would either of this lead to low levels of T4 in the blood?

Hey Max,
I am not certain of your Thyroid question but wanted to comment on REM myself. I bought a bottle a month ago and left it at my parents home accidently two weeks ago. I am at the family home right now and dosed it again last night, I had wild, deep dreams! It certainly makes sleep more interesting. And as someone who suffers from insomnia, sleep being anymore attractive is always a welcome thing. :woohoo:

Yep, my wife was feeling stressed, not sleeping well, etc. She doesn't take many supplements and tollerates my supplement habit with a detached amusement. I gave her some of this to take, and after a day or two to get adjusted to it (the waking WIDE AWAKE thing many people report), she loves it.....and in fact told me this morning that I better order some more (first time she's ever told me to buy supplements).

I understand that sentiment completely. Get that in writing. :)

To her surprise and without her knowledge, she will start leaning up! Keep me updated PLEASE..

Quick question, with taking the REM, and sometimes I take another dose if I wake at 3am when I cant get back to sleep, plus the Camph, and other supps that are starting to add Bacopa... what is the upper limit to how much we should take, and do any need cycling?

Other than cycling off on predetermined schedules as a general principle - can you think of any specific symptoms/indications that it's time to cycle off REM or Camph?

Is there any reason to stop taking Rem, or can it be taken indefinatly? I'm about half way through my bottle and loving it. I don't want to go back to my half assed sleeping if I don't have to.

Bad sleep is pretty unhealthy.

You are okay. Personally, I cycle all supplments but have run them up to 6 months. If your bad sleep is chronic and REM helps, I would use it until effects fade.

I don't know that I sleep bad without it, but I do know that I seem to sleep a lot better with it, less interuptions and definatly sleeping deeper (more intense dreams). Is that a yes to just keep taking it?

*edit* I guess so:thumbsup:

REM is also anabolic and thermogenic through its GH promoting effects.

bump the upper limit on the bacopa.what is to much before u will get too hot from thryoid jacking up to high?

loooooove the rem, have 'better' dreams...not so nightmarish.get much better rested, stay asleep vs waking up.so nice to be able to fall asleep no prob and feel good doinit.and not wake up 40 times in a night.love this stuff.

I'm curious if higher body weight means higher dose for effects? I did get something from 3 caps, but not a lot. Last night I took 4 caps, and it seemed to knock me out faster...no sweating though...I weigh 210. Any ideas?

There is a mistake on the label and serving size is 4 caps. I currently weigh 220 and 3 caps induces a 12 hour comma...bueatiful sleep!

REM works but if may take you 5 days to realize it.

So would you say the accumulated effect is better than trying to dose higher in one dose?

From my experience yes. There appeared to be an adjustment period of a couple days for both my wife and I. Now she wants to make sure that we never run out of it.
