Reliablerxpharmacy Dispensing Times?

I usually order from ADC with great success. Recently I placed my first order with reliablerxpharmacy because they had an item that ADC did not carry.

After 1 week, my order is still listed as "Dispensing". Is that normal? ADC was never more than 2-3 days.
 
When i order from them , end of last year , it took 10 business days to get to my door( give or take a day)
 
Update...the order was on hold due to Ovidac 5,000 iu being on back order. After some emails exchanged, they agreed to substitute the Ovidac 2,000 upon my request. Since I ordered (2) 5k vials, they agreed to send (5) 2k units. Not crazy about how it took me to initiate the inquiry & suggested fix but then it if it all works out in the end, the price & convenience will make up for it. We'll see.
