Reggie's Swole Stack Halo/Tren/Dermacrine

Didn't have much time this morning so just threw together a chest routine.

Flat bench db press ss with flyes
This was more of a warmup.
4x10 per

Flat bench db (super drop set?) not sure what to call it but that's basically what it was.
(60x10 drop 50x10 drop 40x10 drop 30x10 drop 20x10)x4

Incline db bench ss with flyes
4x10 per

Decline db bench (10 second rests between)
70x10x3
 
Hit shoulders this morning adding weight and really focusing on front and side delts. Getting ready to hit bis and tris as I type this. Just weighed myself and I'm at 178 so that's maintaining. Unfortunately my diet has sucked. Lots of sugary foods and cereal. Definitely have to get that in check.
 
Game Day will make you sweat your ass off, so no worries there - like Stimul8, it's as much of a fat burner almost as it is a preworkout. Kind of a versatile formula. I hated it (because I more or less hate yohimbine, gives me jitters, restlessness, high bp, sweats) as a preworkout, but I could easily see the usefulness of it. And it tasted & mixed fantastic, fwiw.

As for nightsweats - what are you running for an AI right now? Any exemestane or some otc arimistane or anything with that nolva? Nolva won't lower your body's estro, just block the receptors in your boobs so you stay A cup. But if you're running letro or exem & you overdue it you can crush your estrogen - & tell-tale signs of low estro are being very dry, creaky joints, nightsweats, lowww libido (exactly like a woman in menopause).

I've been done it to myself before. Not comfy but easy enough to rectify in PCT (just lower AI or pulse it & let your estro come back up some til your midsection looks more bloated/you feel better). Nips hurt & you went too far. Listening to my estrogen is probably the single most important thing I've come to learn.

The T-X3 has 50mg arimistane. I actually look and feel bloated all over.

Good, then everything makes sense. Estro is rebounding & the nolva is doing it's job for your pecs. The arimistane will help a bit (much better than nothing) but it's really so mild it's just slowing the ascent. Which is fine. It has to find its balance. You will gain fat/water easier w/ high estro but also muscle better & joints and libido will benefit. It's aesthetically awful, but it's temporary anyway.

Nightsweats are just not the norm without tren or low estro is why I asked.

I do look like crap imo lol but your right at least my joints aren't bothering me at all. The night sweats have been on and off. Never overly bad but I definitely notice it when I wake up to pee and come back to a cold wet pillow.

Bis and tris last night and chest/back today. One thing to note is I haven't had any stomach issues with the daa in T-X3. Usually it causes some cramping and diarrhea, hasn't been the case so far. Haven't really noticed much else as of yet.
 
You've continued to make solid progress forward. Bigger than ever for your current level of bodyfat. Looking good my man!

Ended up training am and pm yesterday since it was a heavy carb day not that it probably helped a whole lot lol. Got up this morning and hit chest.

I got some money from my parents for Christmas so I'm going to go look at weight upgrades for my Power Blocks, as it's getting to light with what I have.
 
Have you checked out Ironmaster adjustable DBs? Sometimes eBay or Craigslist has them.
 
I am going to have to look into these. I can never find those bowflex ones for an affordable price

I actually have a nice set of Power Block adj dbs which I love (far better than the bowflex ones) and can purchase "add on" weights. Invalid Link Removed

I have the bow flex ones. I like them, but they'll never go above 90.
 
That's where my dbs are now. These do go up to 175 so that's a nice feature. It's a simple add on to the existing set.

Ah. Knowing how you train biceps you'll need those for curls soon. ;)

Sold. I have been trying to build my home gym with hex iron DB's. Way too expensive, but very convenient, but they also require a rack and a lot of space.
I am going to sell the ones I have and invest in these adjustable ones

May I suggest checking out the Ironmaster adjustable DBs? These are built like tanks and can be dropped without worry. They can be found on eBay and Craigslist.

Didn't train shoulders last night due to being too damn lazy lol so hit them today. Caught some kind of crap that's going around so wasn't able to go too heavy but did get some pretty good volume in.

Haven't weighed myself in a few days as I'm still eating like crap from Christmas leftovers. Will get one tomorrow morning though. Libido is still very good. Everything else seems to be going good as well.

Thanks bro! Lots of turkey can't be too bad right?? I made a 21 pound turkey and only 3 other people showed up so it's been turkey everyday since Christmas and I still have lots left lol

If I could afford them I'd have all hex iron. They're lifelong and convenient for quickly changing weights and/or drop sets. But, expensive, like you said.
