Reggie's H-Drol Cycle

Hey everybody,

I am one week and 4 days into my first cycle (H-drol) and thought I would start a log mainly to track my progress but also just in case I need help from the more experienced people on the board.

I am 22, 5'11 and 210lbs and been lifting since about 15 but gave it up around 20 out of bordem and the desire to spend my time drinking and playing music. Got back in the gym around late Dec/08 and got myself from 190 up to 210 in about four months. However, given the fact that this was what I weighed when I stopped I believe the quick gains were due to muscle memory and eating pounds of red meat a day.

Going to Brasil to visit the g/f's friends and family in July and wanted to see what H-drol could do for me.

Before my hiatus I found great succes with DC training and have been following it again directly for the past 2 months.

I will post a full diet tomorrow but I take in 400-450g's of protein per day but tend not to count carbs and fat directly. I would guess most days are around 400-600 g's of carbs and 100 g's of fat. Like I said, I will break it down tomorrow along with my training split and some pics.

Cycle consists of H-drol-50/75/75/75/75/75
Hawthorne Berry- 1500mg 3x a day
Animal Pak/Flex
Fish Oil- 4-8g/day
Milk Thistle- 1g/day
Glutamine- 20-30g/day
Creatine- 10-20g/day

PCT Consists of PCT Assist
Nutraplanet ATD
Lean Extreme
And all of the on cycle supplements minus the H-drol.


As of right now I cannot really notice much difference except that I was tired today but it didn't seem to affect my training as it usually would if I were that tired.

I would like to get to 220 and drop some bodyfat but I would be happy with a solid 5lb gain and some lost bodyfat.

I don't do much cardio and have been eating out more often just to load up on calories. I have also started 20 mins of cardio on off days and 15 mins of cardio and workout days (except leg days) this week.

That seems to usually keep the bodyfat in control. I plan on cutting when I am done this cycle but losing bodyfat has always been easy (just as easy as putting it on) so I would like to get the most muscle gain out of this.

Anyway, I am starting to get lost in this post so I am gonna hit the sack. If there is any thing I missed just let me know.

For the most part your cycle is fine but i will recommend some minor changes if you dont mind. Oh, by the way welcome and hope this goes well for you!!

Cycle consists of H-drol-50/75/75/75/75/75
Hawthorne Berry- 1500mg 3x a day
Animal Pak/Flex
Fish Oil- 4-8g/day
Milk Thistle- 1g/day
Glutamine- 20-30g/day
Creatine- 10-20g/day

You wont need the milk thistle and hawthorne berry for pct as PCT Assist already contains those 2. I would also recommend adding a natural test booster like HyperTest or BlueUP. Others will recommend that you save the creatine for pct but I would use it on-cycle and pct. I use a pre-workout supp like J3cked on and off cycle. It gets me pumped and you want to be, especially when on cycle when you can get the most out of those extra reps or sets!! Be very careful and precise with your ATD dosing. ATD is notorious for causing gyno when users don't taper it down correctly. Good luck on your cycle.
