Regarding the dissolving caps for MMV3

I've had some tablets under my tongue for around 20 minutes and they're still not dissolved fully, and i don't really like the taste...any advice to make this process go more swimmingly?

and those stats listed are back from when i was in high school, i've had this account for a lot longer than i remember and mostly just lurked...
i'm 5'6 and 170.

I usually broke them in half and swished them around in my mouth a lot.

Ya if they're not dissolving fast enough do this. Can be a pain i know, but sublingual administration is worth it in this case, much more effective. Stick with it brah.
