So I sent in a request for an item to be returned a few weeks ago. I returned the item literally a day or so after receiving it without opening the package. I was told that my refund would be processed a day or so after the item I sent back was delivered to IML. As soon as the package had been landed I messaged the live chat customer service rep about the package being delivered to IML and asked when I would receive my refund. The rep said he would forward my message over to the team and they would process the refund.
Now we are on Sunday and I get an email from IML asking why they should give me a refund......... To reps not communicate with the team every time a chat is finished between customers and reps?? Every chat that I went on I gave them my email, order number and tracking and the rep said they would forward over the information to the team. Its been 4 days since the item was delivered and IML still haven't processed my refund..........
