If not starting my cycle, should T-gel or whatever be refridgerated? Silly beginner question, ay.

NO!. If you do that the ph will precipitae out... Or are you just talking about gel no ph if so. Does not matter. But if it has ph in it you want to kep it at room temp or above.. Hope that helps.. Talk to ya..
